Across our March and May events we are collaborating with the following chef all-stars:

Joseph Manglicmot

Chef Joseph Manglicmot, Masterchef Season 11 alumnus and partner at 93′ Till and co-owner of Meat Mafia HTX and Naga Food Co.’s passion for food started at a young age spending hours in the kitchen, preparing dishes with his mother and learning the secrets of Filipino cooking. Joseph believes that food is not just about sustenance; it’s a way to connect with people, cultures, and traditions.

Chase Reid

Chef Chase Reid, a 20-year veteran of the industry, is the executive chef of Houston’s oldest craft brewery Saint Arnold Brewery and Beer Garden. Chase focuses on farm-to-table modern Southern cuisine influenced by classic French techniques. Chase’s previous experience includes the Amarillo Club and The Historic Hill House and Farm in Willis, Texas.

Chris Vu

Chef Chris Vu is the owner of The Vegan Sushi Spot where he serves a unique 100% plant based sushi menu. He boasts over 14 years of sushi artisanship and embraced a fully plant-based lifestyle over 4 years ago.

Helen Pang

Chef Helen Pang is the owner of Roots for the Soul a private chef and catering company based in Minnesota. Helen sources ingredients from high quality local markets and farms and leverages her diverse ethnic background to develop dynamic flavor profiles in food that is both good for the body and soul.

Act II May 25, 2023

This 10-course tasting menu and open bar offers your choice of either the “Carne” (animal-based) or “Orto” (100% plant-based) menus. Both menus focus on WaFu Italian, meaning Japanese inspired Italian food. Complimentary valet is included with ticket purchase.
